DESCRIPTION:GSAFE is excited to partner with the UW Madison Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis department to offer a new professional development opportunity this summer.\n\n\nEducators and education leaders are encouraged to sign up for our class\, “LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Leadership Training”\, ELPA 940.\n\n\nParticipants will learn how to build LGBTQ+ affirming K-12 schools by leveraging federal and state laws\, local policies\, professional learning\, inclusive curricula\, family engagement\, and student voices.\n\n\nParticipants can earn continuing education credits and also enroll as a special student if not already enrolled.\n\n\nIn-person dates 6/17-6/20 & 7/29-8/1\nTime 1-5pm\n\n\nVisit https://acsss.wisc.edu/ for more information about enrolling as a special student.
